These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of communication channels operated by Zenith AI, including our WhatsApp Business messaging, calculator tools, and intake systems ("Services"). By messaging us or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Zenith AI provides AI-powered client intake, automation, and marketing technology to law firms ("Clients"). We are a technology provider, not a law firm, and do not provide legal advice.
Messages you send via WhatsApp or our other channels may be processed by automated systems (including AI) to qualify inquiries, answer common questions, and route you to the appropriate law firm contact. Automated responses do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. For legal advice specific to your situation, you should consult directly with a licensed attorney.
Use of our Services, including messaging via WhatsApp, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Zenith AI or any law firm Client unless and until that relationship is expressly confirmed by the relevant law firm.
You agree not to use our Services to transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our systems.
You may opt out of further communications at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly using the details below.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our messaging or automation systems. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles, where our primary Client base operates.
